The hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The suite we stayed in was newly renovated and spacious, with comfortable beds and a private balcony with a great view. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a jacuzzi. The staff were polite and the owner was delightful to chat with. We also loved the buffet breakfast, which had a good selection of food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cleanliness of the premises. The room was more like a suite in a newly renovated part of the hotel, with comfortable beds and a great view from the private balcony. I also loved the fact that I could regulate the temperature in the room myself, ensuring that it was just right. The breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying, providing a perfect start to my day.

Christmas at this hotel wasn't entirely bad. the food was moderately decent for the price. the Christmas atmosphere was charming and added some good holiday cheer. the rooms had fluffy pillows and comfortable blankets. the location of the hotel was close to the mountains and one could easily go for a hike on Christmas morning. They also offered a complimentary shuttle to the nearest ski resort which was fairly convenient. Dislikes: our Christmas stay at this hotel was subpar. the cleaning of the rooms was poor; in fact, we informed the reception that we didn't get clean bath towels until day 3. the spa area was out of order which was a huge disappointment as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for our Christmas holiday. the hotel rooms had a moldy smell which could be smelled in every room we entered. the staff had a dismissive attitude, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

The breakfast buffet opens a bit late, at 08:00 instead of 07:30, which may inconvenience early risers.
